CLR Script(TM) Read Me

Thank you for evaluating CLR Script!  I hope you find the program
very useful.

With CLR Script, you can write script files to control and run
programs.  Using a 'C' like language, powerful script programs can be
written.

CLR Script is Shareware.  Unregistered users are granted a limited
license to evaluate CLR Script for 30 days.  Please read the License
Agreement and Registration Information in the help.


To Install Or Update CLR Script
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Run the program SETUP.EXE.
2. Choose Yes to install CLR Script.
3. Read and agree to the License Agreement.  If you do not agree with
   the License Agreement, you cannot use CLR Script.
4. Enter the destination folder for the CLR Script files.
5. The program is now setup and ready to use.


To Uninstall CLR Script
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Open Add/Remove Programs.
3. Select the program CLR Script.
4. Choose the Add/Remove button.
5. Choose Yes to uninstall CLR Script.
6. Choose Yes to reboot the system so the uninstallation can complete.

You can also run the uninstallation program from the CLR Script
program folder.


Distribution
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A limited license is granted to freely distribute CLR Script for
evaluation purposes only under the following conditions:

1. All the files must be distributed together in unmodified form.

2. No fee, charge, donation or other compensation can be accepted or
   requested, except as authorized below.

   a. Electronic bulletin board and Internet site system operators may
      make CLR Script available for downloading as long as the above
      conditions are met and there is not a specific charge for
      downloading CLR Script.  A charge for the overall use of the
      bulletin board system or Internet site is permitted.

   b. Vendors of user-supported or shareware software and non-profit
      user groups may distribute CLR Script as long as the above
      conditions are met.  A charge for disk duplication and handling
      of CLR Script is permitted provided, that when pro-rated, is not
      more than five dollars US.

A letter stating that you are distributing CLR Script is recommended
so as updates can be provided.
